Items will be sent signed for, via Royal Mail.

 

Items made to order/pre order will be shipped after the production window. The current production window is 2-4 weeks.

Pre orders will be sent on the date stated in product description; however, this is an estimate, and shipping times can vary.

KOUPS© has a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return your order, please send an email request to: info@hkoups.com.

You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Change of mind, including any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault by our customer care department, will not be eligible for a refund. This includes instances where a style didn't suit or did not fit how you expected it to. 

 

If you are unsure of a style fitting, please send an email to info@hkoups.com and we will be happy to provide sizing guidance and further measurement details etc. 

When a return is permitted, we ask you keep the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment of your parcel. KOUPS will not be responsible for any lost packages.

All returned orders will be issued refund to the value of the item(s) returned, less any shipping costs. 
 
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
